THE
STRUCTURE OF TRAINING |
| |
The
training program is divided into seven steps. |
| |
Steps 1 –
3 of the training are essential for health and meditation and are the basis
of martial art. People who are interested in strengthening health and doing
meditation especially practice the content of these training steps.
With the further training steps (4 – 7) special martial art abilities are
developed. |

In Yiquan Zhanzhuang is the center of the training. The aim is to train the
mind and to build up Inner Strength.
Convalescents can do these exercises sitting down or reclining. Zhanzhuang consists of two parts with
different focuses. Yangshengzhuang stresses health and Jijizhuang
focuses on the martial aspect. |
